Because wigs and jewelry are personal-use products, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and unworn.
• Wigs must not have been cut, styled, washed, dyed, or altered.
• Jewelry must be returned in its original condition.
• Original packaging and included accessories should be included.
• Contact us before sending an item back.
